For more security, choose a thumb-turn deadbolt. If you prefer a minimalist scheme, our magnetic latch has no visible lock and keeps the design completely clean.

Every Emezzi door is made to your exact measurements for a perfect fit. After you design your door, a professional surveyor visits your home to take precise measurements. We manufacture the steel-look doors in our workshop, and an authorized Emezzi dealer takes care of the installation.

Is frosted glass private enough for an ensuite?

Yes, full-frost glass completely obscures silhouettes and movement from a normal viewing distance. Reeded glass also achieves excellent privacy while adding more design character to your space. If you want maximum privacy with extra light, you can easily specify the lower half frosted and the upper half clear.

Will the door behave in a steamy bathroom?

Our aluminium profiles are fully steam and humidity resistant. This means they will never rust or swell. While proper ventilation in your bathroom remains important for the overall room, the door will not be the weak point. It is built to last in damp environments.

Can the door be locked from inside only?

Yes, our standard privacy latch locks securely from the ensuite side and includes an exterior coin-slot for emergency access. If your ensuite doubles as a guest suite, higher-security deadbolt options are also available to provide extra peace of mind.

Do I choose a pocket sliding or wall-mount sliding for an ensuite?

Choose a pocket door if a wall cavity is available and you want it to disappear completely. Opt for a wall-mount track if you prefer a visible feature or have no cavity. Keep in mind that pocket installations are more involved during a home retrofit.
